"I didn’t want to risk buying without clearer ingredients"
I checked out lejardinswitzerland.com because the products looked nice, but I ended up backing out. The ingredient info just felt a bit too vague for me, and I’m careful about what I put on my skin. At that price, I didn’t want to spend the money and then realize it wasn’t a good fit or that I’d missed something important. Maybe other people are fine with the details provided, but I would’ve felt better seeing more transparency before buying.

"Support works when it wants to"
I reached out twice about my order and ended up waiting days to hear anything back. When they finally replied, it still wasn’t a clear answer, so I was basically left guessing. It feels like their support only works when it wants to, which is really frustrating when you actually need help.

"Didn’t really work for me"
I gave it a try, but it didn’t really do anything for me. I was hoping it would be more effective, like compared to other ones I’ve used… but yeah, it just wasn’t a good fit for me

"Website was honestly frustrating"
I tried using lejardinswitzerland.com to look around and find some basic info but it just got annoying fast, the pages were loading slowly, the menu didn’t really make sense to me, and when I switched to my phone it felt even messier so after a few minutes of clicking around and not getting anywhere I just gave up.

"Not sure I should’ve trusted the delivery estimate"
The delivery ended up taking longer than they said it would, and the updates weren’t very helpful. I kept checking and waiting, wondering if I was overthinking it or if I’d missed something, but I really had no clear idea when it was actually going to show up. For something I thought would be straightforward, it was frustrating. I’m not sure I’d order again unless the delivery gets a lot more reliable...

I was considering placing an order, but the website didn’t give me a very trustworthy feeling. From my point of view, there wasn’t enough clear information, and I couldn’t really tell who was behind the site. Maybe other people would be fine with it, but for me personally, it didn’t feel secure enough, so I ended up leaving without buying anything.

"Felt Cheap Really Fast"
I was expecting this to be a lot better. It felt kind of cheap right out of the box, and after only a few uses it already started looking worn out. I tried to give it a chance, but yeah... nope. Total letdown.

"Shipping was honestly way slower than I expected"
I ordered from lejardinswitzerland.com and, yeah... the delivery took way too long. For a few days there weren’t really any clear updates, so I kept checking the tracking myself like, okay, what’s happening here? It did eventually show up, but the wait was frustrating. I don’t think I’d order again if I needed something by a certain date.

"Refund process had way too many steps"
Returning my order ended up being a lot more frustrating than I expected. There were too many steps just to get the return started, and even though support did eventually reply, it took a while each time. Then the refund seemed to take forever to show up. Overall, it just wasn’t a smooth experience.

"Good, but a bit overpriced"
To be fair, the products are nice enough and I didn’t have any major issues with them. I just felt like the prices were high for what you actually get, so I’m not sure I’d go out of my way to buy again.

"I wasn’t too happy when this showed up..."
I wasn’t too happy when this showed up. The box felt really thin, and one corner was already smashed in… not a great start. When I opened it, there was barely any padding inside, so everything had clearly been shifting around during shipping. It just looked messy and kind of careless. For what I paid, I really expected it to be packed better.
